  1. Take 1 tin of cannellini beans.
  2. Take 400 g of potatoes.

  10. Stir the remaining chopped coriander through the pepper stew..
  11. Serve the stew and roast potatoes with the eggs on top and a dollop of mayonnaise. Enjoy!.
